We do a substantial amount of Conveyancing and Property work including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and right to buy applications. We cover both residential conveyancing and commercial conveyancing, leasehold and freehold. We are happy to act for businesses in connection with their conveyancing requirements.

Probate

You may have had a death in the family and are wondering what to do and how to manage the deceased’s personal affairs. The deceased may or may not have left a Will and you will need to administer their Estate

It may be that a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration are required. This document will give you the legal right to deal with the person’s affairs, their property, money and possessions.

You can instruct us to help you through this process. Please contact Sarah-Jane Mundow who will be happy to assist you in smoothly administering the deceased’s estate.

Wills and Estate Planning

We adopt a friendly and accessible approach to creating Wills. A Will ensures that what you want to happen with your assets after you have died does happen and we can assist you in drafting Wills so that your loved ones are adequately  protected in the event of your death.

We  can also provide home visits to those clients who are unable to make it to our office

We also assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputy Orders and other legal matters affecting the elderly and vulnerable.

Family Law

The firm deals with Family Law including divorce cases and financial matters between married couples and co-habitants.

These matters are dealt with by  Sarah-Jane Mundow.

We are happy to assist with general advice in particular Settlement Agreements.
